For all our clients, we arrange a free no obligation home visit to discuss your individual needs and create a tailored cleaning plan which meets your requirements and your budget.
We can clean daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. To achieve the best results, we aim to ensure your allocated cleaning team member is the same for every visit.
We wouldn't invite just anyone into our home to clean and we don't expect you to. All our cleaners are carefully vetted and police checked (DBS) to ensure we find the most dedicated and skilled cleaners to clean your home.
Jmr Cleaning Ltd is fully insured with extensive Public/Product Liability and Employee Liability Insurance for our client's peace of mind.
For clients that want their homes cleaned whilst they are out, our key holding service is fully insured and free of charge.
Your cleaner will clean to the specification we have agreed during our initial meeting. They will complete a clean report at the end of every clean, detailing all the tasks completed and any information which they would like to bring to the client’s attention.
Like most households, your cleaning requirements can change on a daily basis. If you need your cleaner to carry out alternative tasks to your regular service, just leave a note detailing what you require prior to their arrival.
Unlike some other cleaning companies, we do not tie you into any lengthy contracts. As most of our clients have used our services for many years, we believe the quality of our cleaning speaks for itself.
